Lay the Groundwork
To make the most of our time together, you'll fill out an intake form (optional but highly recommended). Think of it as a guided brain decluttering to get your brilliant ideas, painful frustrations, and fearless wishes out of your head.
Cut Through the Chaos
We’ll start by sorting through the noise, discovering what’s keeping you stuck, and determining your real capacity. Let go of the "shoulds" and focus your energy on aligned moves and measurable results.
Map Your Milestones
ADHD brains need progress we can see and feel—otherwise, we lose interest. This approach balances structure with flexibility, giving you a clear direction without the pressure of rigid timelines. By setting milestones, you’ll stay engaged, adapt to shifting energy levels, and keep the dopamine flowing with small wins along the way.
We'll break your goal into three phases:
30 Days: This phase is about low-pressure, high-reward actions that make progress easy and build momentum.
60 Days: Midway through, you’ll start feeling the impact of your efforts. This is the time to lean into what’s working and clear any roadblocks before they slow you down.
90 Days: The finish line (for now). You’ll have a completed project, a major milestone, something you can point to with pride and say, "I did that."
